20070902

Ah, welcome back. September embers in the campfire tonight, constant crickets, acorns dropping from the oak trees. A monarch butterfly sails past ... there are milkweed plants behind the house, where small children once ran and played, and filtered sunlight keeps the stage ready for the next act.

Wisdom for life ... that's what we need, every day. Think, plan, choose how to spend the day.

Meanwhile, violin study goes on, patent law study goes on, work goes on, school gets started for the rest of the family, problems need to be solved, exercise needs to be done, house repairs are needed ... the usual flow of daily life here. And some writing ...

Beautiful summer day here. Gentle breeze, cicada buzzing, distant sounds of saws and hammering.

You describe it so beautifully (even the chores). We don't get a change in season here so the months just blend. I miss that.

Hi Steve,
The weather is very warm here today.
This weekend is going to be a great one for BBQ.
Me, well I'm wanting to do lots of rewriting on my first novel.
And hopeful have a peek at a new short story I've been working on.

Best wishes to you and yours

Annie

Hello Annie - I appreciate the notes - the month has kind of gotten away from me. Thanks for bringing me back here.

Pris - thanks for those words. It's getting cooler, and stormy at times.
