Somehow the effort to organize gets some serious erosion.

Sorting through music room and reorganizing to have easy access to keyboard, string instruments, mic, laptop, mixer, and so on. Or at least sort of easy. Wish me luck.

sore tired legs :) biked both ways yesterday.

large spinach salad for lunch with chicken

Nice cool cloudy ride in.
Feeling strong, was good to have the rest day yesterday.

It ended up being about  30 miles yesterday, including the trip to bike store to pick up a flashing tail light.
Was driven to work this morning.
Raisin bran & 2% milk, glass OJ.
Coffee at work - in office about 7:45
Read about Hulda Crooks on the daily desk calendar - climbed Mount Fuji at age 91 in 1987.  Lived to be 101.  Climbed Mount Whitney 23 times.
turkey sandwich lunch.
about 500 mL water in afternoon.
Sandwich, carrots, cherries for dinner.
dry bowl of raisin bran for evening snack.
PB&jam on slice of white bread at about 2 am Weds. (woke feeling hungry)
awake for a while....

Legs definitely getting stronger.
Was able to get over the bridges on the trail using 3-2, sailed right over.
Oiled the chain Sat., it had been getting dry.
Ate a breakfast bar at home, bottle of water on the ride in.
Arrived at gym 7:40, I think it was a little under an hour this time.

water goal - 2000 mL at office
oatmeal (2 packets, "blueberries and cream" flavor).
Sore knees - need to do squats.  Do sets of 5 reps, slow.

Wonderful morning. Legs feeling stronger. Finding that "2" for the front gear works much of the way, at least once off the trail and onto sidewalks and so on. Ride took about an hour.
Breakfast was cereal with 2% mile, glass OJ. Had a bottle of water on the way in.
Coffee and a stick of string cheese at 8.
Feeling pretty good. L shoulder and elbow still sore at times.
